Three Creative Ways to Improve Home Storage

An organized home is a happy home. If your rooms are feeling cramped, but you actually use everything you own, try these storage solutions for a little more space.

Lift Coffee Table

If you need a space for remotes, your laptop, or excess books that won’t fit on your bookshelf, invest in a coffee table that lifts. The hidden compartment is a perfect place to store those items. The added advantage of the top that lifts is the convenience of having a place to rest your items while you sit on the couch. It will look great in your living room and give you the extra storage space you need.

Sink Organizers

This will work great for you kitchen or your bathroom. If you don’t have a lot of room in your bathroom cabinets or you need to organize all of your kitchen or bathroom cleaners, an under sink organizer will create more space. You can use it for extra shampoos, soaps, toothpastes, and other toiletries. It’s important to keep the area under your sinks organized and clean, especially if you need to do any pipe maintenance.

Overhead Garage Storage

While making room in your home, your garage might be the place you put a lot of extra items. Not counting all of the equipment already in the garage, that means you could be facing a lot of clutter. Invest in some overhead racks for you garage. Most racks are adjustable and can hold hundreds of pounds. This will make a lot of room for your vehicles and other equipment, while organizing any items you don’t have room to store in the house.
