Chicken Caesar Sandwich

Burgers are great, but making this sandwich instead will really surprise your guests, in a good way. Grill your chicken breasts for around 8 to 10 minutes per side, getting nice grill marks. Let the chicken rest before you slice it. Then toss some lettuce in a bowl with Caesar dressing, homemade or store bought. Slice your chicken and layer it on your sandwich bread of choice, along with the lettuce, some cheese, or tomatoes.

Garlic Butter Salmon

Whether you bake it in the oven, or grill it, salmon is always a great meal. For this one, mix lemon juice, butter, honey, and garlic in a small bowl. Then brush the salmon with your mixture, making sure you cover the entire fillet. Cook the fish skin side down for around 15 minutes. You can serve this with rice, vegetables, or potatoes. This easy recipe is also a healthy one too!

Ricotta and Tomato Tart

Invite some people over for a pizza party, have a few regular pies, and then show them this. All you need is puff pastry, ricotta cheese, and tomatoes. Roll out the pastry on to a rectangular baking sheet, covering the entire surface. Take a knife and score around the border and brush with an egg. Place it into a 425°F oven until brown and crispy. While it’s baking, combine your ricotta cheese with some herbs, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Slice your tomatoes how you like, and once the pastry is done, build your “pizza.” Place the cheese on the bottom with your tomatoes on top and enjoy.
