Check your accounts: Did you know that SeaComm members have 24/7 access to their accounts with NetTeller™ and Mobile Branch? These are the perfect tools to help you stay connected to your finances and address any fraudulent activity. If you do notice unwarranted transactions on your account, give us a call at (800) 764-0566 – we are here to help!

Keep your personal information secure: The most important information to keep private is personally identifiable information. This includes personal ID numbers, account numbers, vehicle ID or title numbers, passwords, and more. To help prevent fraud and identity theft, you should never give out this information to anyone who calls you on the phone or who sends you an email requesting this data.

Take advantage of Benefits Plus®: Once you upgrade your basic checking account to a Benefits Plus® checking with SeaComm, you will gain access to a full range of fraud and identity theft protection services. If your identity has been compromised, you will be provided with services performed by a licensed attorney, highly specialized in identity theft restoration. A Benefits Plus® representative will also assist in filing police reports and contacting all credit bureaus, creditors, financial institutions, merchants, and even utility companies on your behalf.

Your Benefits Plus® membership also entitles you to fraud alerts, lost document recovery services, 90-day Purchase Protection, and much more. Stop by your local SeaComm branch to enroll!
