Have a daily bedtime. Pick a time to go to bed you can stick with on a consistent basis. It’s important to give your body a routine to rely on! You should allow yourself 15 minutes to actually fall asleep, and set your alarm for a time that gives you sufficient time to prepare for the day.

Exercise. Working out is great for your body and mind – and it can also help you achieve a good night’s sleep! For an improved quality of sleep, be sure to exercise on a regular basis. Don’t exercise too late, though…as it can interfere with how you rest at night.
Embrace the darkness. This one’s simple: Keep your bedroom dark, quiet and at a comfortable temperature. Try not to do anything else but sleep, and limit your phone’s activity to avoid distractions.
